Yes that's right!  We have prepared a raffle, where everyone can buy a ticket for $10 (USD) for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas and other prizes.  The prizes have been raised by the members of the organization committee, giving us the opportunity to donate every US dollar from this raffle to the Céline Fan Charity Foundation project!  So every dollar you spend on this raffle will go to charity!

The grand prize: A trip for 2 to Las Vegas in 2012

The prize includes:

• Airline tickets for 2 to Las Vegas from any airport in the world (Economy Class)

• 4 nights accommodation in Caesars Palace for 2 (Deluxe Room)

• 2 Front Orchestra tickets for 1 of Céline's shows

• Limousine transfer from the airport to Caesars Palace and back

• 500 USD spending money (AMEX/VISA/Mastercard giftcard)

• 2 T-Shirts from the Céline Fan Charity Foundation

Consolation prizes to be announced.

The raffle starts on Tuesday 27 July at 8:30am Las Vegas Time. Exactly 5555 hours before the start of Celine's new show in Las Vegas. The number 5 is Celine's lucky number.

The Raffle will close at 3:30pm on Sunday 20 February 2011. Exactly 555 hours before the start of the show.

The winner will be chosen in a random drawing at the Celine Dion Fan lunch in Las Vegas on 15 March 2011. You do not have to attend the lunch in order to win. The winners will be contacted by Friday 18 March 2011 by phone and email.

The Raffle is open to EVERYONE over the age of 18.

You can ask an adult to enter on your behalf if you wish, as long as there is an adult to accompany you on the trip if you were still not 18 at that time.

You may enter as many times as you like. The more times you enter the better your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY:

You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a raffle ticket. Only (1) individual may be

identified as the purchaser (or buyer/owner) of a raffle ticket. Tickets are $10 each.

For online purchases, your purchase confirmation email will serve as your confirmation/receipt of purchase and will contain your unique raffle number(s). For online orders visit our website at www.icdfm.org

Raffle tickets are not transferable. You must indicate your full name, address, phone number, email address, and the number of raffle tickets you would like to purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid phone number and email address.

Celine Fan Charity Foundation volunteers and members assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, undelivered payments, which tickets shall be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified.

Current members of the Celine Fan Charity Foundation Committee and their immediate family

members (spouse, parents, grandparents, children, or siblings) are not eligible to win.

By entering the raffle, the ticket purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware of and agrees with these raffle official rules.

DRAWING:

All online entries for the Celine Fan Charity Foundation raffle must be received by 3:30pm (Las Vegas, Nevada) on February 20, 2011. At that time the ability to purchase tickets online will be discontinued.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION:

All purchases of raffle tickets are final and non refundable. The approximate retail value of the

Trip to see Celine in Las Vegas in 2012 is $6,000.  

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted at the Celine Dion Fan Lunch in

Las Vegas, Nevada on March 15, 2011. All attempts to contact the Celine Fan Charity Foundation raffle ticket purchaser shall be made using the name, address, phone number, and email address provided.  A second ticket will be drawn and serve as an alternate winner if after 14 calendar days the owner of the first ticket drawn does not claim the Prize, or in the case Celine Fan Charity Foundation is unable to establish contact with said owner of the first ticket drawn.

The trip to Las Vegas winner, by entering, authorizes Celine Fan Charity Foundation to publish their name and likeness on their website, in local or national news media, and in other promotional materials used for the raffle, namely Facebook and www.icdfm.org

WAIVER/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Ticket purchasers, by participating (and winner, by accepting the trip to Las Vegas) release Celine Fan Charity Foundation and its respective members, volunteers, partners, representatives and sponsors, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or use of the prize awarded.

Any liability of Celine Fan Charity Foundation shall be limited to ticket price paid and in the case of any dispute, Celine Fan Charity Foundation’s decision shall be final. Celine Fan Charity Foundation reserves the right to modify or amend these rules without notice at any time, so please read this page regularly to ensure that you are updated as to any changes. All decisions of the Celine Fan Charity Foundation are deemed final.

RESTRICTIONS:

By participating in the Celine Fan Charity Foundation Raffle, a participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
